01The service and its operator

Lunume brings notes, files, tasks, projects and calendar planning into one workspace. These terms are between you and the service operator identified on the Contact page. If you act for an organisation, you must have authority to bind it. This preview is not an effective offer or subscription contract. The published terms and any agreed order will identify the applicable service.

02Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate details, use an email address you control and keep credentials secure. Each person should use their own account. Report suspected unauthorised access promptly. Team administrators must review membership and remove access when it is no longer appropriate.

03Your content

You retain your rights in the material you submit. You grant us a non-exclusive permission to store, reproduce, transmit and process it only as needed to operate and secure the service, follow your instructions and comply with law. This includes contracted service providers and displaying content to people you authorise. It does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to sell your content. Processing ends when it is no longer necessary, subject to lawful retention and copies shared with others.

04Workspaces and sharing

Workspace owners control membership and permissions; organisational workspaces may also be subject to the organisation’s policies and its agreement with Lunume. Check your authority before uploading client or team material. Public links make content available to people holding the link, who may forward it or retain copies. Revoking a link or membership stops future access through that permission but cannot erase copies already obtained.

05Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use Lunume lawfully and comply with the Acceptable use policy, which forms part of these terms. Respect confidentiality, privacy and intellectual property. Lunume’s software, design and branding remain owned by their rights holders, subject to applicable licences. Do not circumvent permissions or usage limits, interfere with the service or resell access without permission, except where applicable law permits otherwise.

06AI and integrations

AI features process the prompt and selected context and may use processors configured by Lunume. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or similar to material produced for others. Review it before relying on it, sharing it or changing workspace content. Do not use output as the sole basis for consequential decisions about people. Connections you enable may transfer data to third parties under their own terms; disconnection does not recall data already delivered.

07Plans, seats and charges

Paid access is created only by an identified order. Before payment, that order must show the plan, billing interval, currency, total price including applicable taxes, renewal terms, seat rules, limits and cancellation method. Only an authorised billing administrator may approve workspace charges. Adding a member must not silently incur an undisclosed charge. Example plan names or prices in a preview do not authorise payment. Features described as upcoming are not included unless expressly agreed.

08Renewal and cancellation

Automatic renewal must be disclosed before purchase. Cancel through the method supplied with your order, or contact support if it fails. Unless the order or mandatory law provides otherwise, cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues for the paid period. Before a plan or seat change is confirmed, its effective date and any prorated charge or credit must be shown. Price changes apply prospectively after notice and preserve applicable cancellation rights.

09Consumer rights

Mandatory consumer rights prevail. Eligible consumers purchasing services at a distance may withdraw within 14 days of contracting. Signing in does not by itself waive this right. If you expressly request an early start, only charges permitted by law for service already supplied may be deducted. Send an unambiguous withdrawal request identifying the order through the Contact page; no particular form is required. Applicable remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital services, including correction, price reduction or termination and refund, remain available.

10Availability and responsibility

We will provide the service with reasonable care and skill. We cannot promise uninterrupted operation or compatibility with every device. Keep independent copies of critical material and resolve save errors before closing the app. Revisions and trash are recovery features, not a separate backup guarantee. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, deliberate misconduct or responsibility or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Separate business service levels or liability arrangements apply only if expressly agreed.

11Suspension and ending use

We may proportionately restrict access to address serious misuse, a security incident, a legal obligation or non-payment under an agreed order. Where lawful and practicable, we will explain the reason, allow the issue to be resolved and review a challenge. You may stop use and request account deletion. Export needed material and transfer team ownership first. Account deletion and subscription cancellation are separate requests; organisations may be entitled or required to retain some shared content.

12Changes, governing law and disputes

We will communicate material changes before they take effect and provide any legally required opportunity to cancel. Cyprus law governs these terms without depriving consumers of mandatory protections of their country of habitual residence. Consumers retain their rights to use courts available under applicable law. Contact us so we can attempt to resolve a concern. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply. The revision date identifies this edition.
